Magdalene the Cat needs a home
Magdalene, 1 1/2 years, is a pretty black and white lady with gold eyes. She is sweet and playful and loves attention. We are looking for a foster home for Magdalene in the Sterling/Leominster area. Magdalene has all her vet work complete. She has her shots, is wormed, spayed, microchipped and is leukemia negative. Magdalene is Feline Aids positive and has heart disease. The Feline Aids virus is not contagious to people. Magdalene would do well as an only cat or a buddy for another Feline Aids positive cat. Feline Aids only passes from one cat to another by a deep bite or scratch. These kitties usually live a normal life span. Magdalene's heart disease is such that it may or may not be an issue as the years go by. We are asking that some special family provide Magdalene with a loving home. NEADY Cats would pay for any vet bills related to the Aids or heart disease, so long as the vet care is done at Central Animal Hospital in Leominster, MA. This is a lovely cat and she certainly doesn't deserve the bad labels that make it so hard to find her a loving home. Magdalene may live a very long life. No cat comes with a guarantee of good health. With Magdalene, we just know up front that she may have some future issues.
